Natalie Yabroff and Jaime Passaro bring over a combined two decades of experience in teaching. Jaime holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Special Education, Childhood Education, and Literacy from Touro College. Before transitioning to full-time educational consulting, Jaime worked for eight years as a classroom teacher and literacy specialist. Her deep expertise in differentiated instruction has been instrumental in helping students of all abilities grow into confident, capable learners. Natalie holds a degree in Childhood Education from SUNY Cortland and a Master’s in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Hunter College. Her passion for linguistics has been invaluable in helping students understand the science behind written language. Prior to her private practice, Natalie spent eight years in the Department of Education as a classroom teacher and ENL coach. Both Jaime and Natalie hold multiple certifications in reading and writing, including Orton Gillingham, PAF, F&P, Fundations, and Wilson Language.
Driven by their shared passion for education, Jaime and Natalie developed the "Learning Concierge Method"—a research-based, customized program for students in Pre-K through 5th grade. This program is designed to help your child thrive by providing engaging, evidence-based activities that improve information retention. We focus on supporting your child’s success both inside and outside the classroom. Our science-backed phonics program builds a strong foundation for reading and writing, while our math support helps students strengthen foundational skills or explore advanced concepts through hands-on strategies. As moms of two on the Upper East Side, we are deeply committed to working closely with families to foster a love of learning.
